The first photo is what buyers see in search. Make sure it's a clean exterior shot — front 3/4 angle in good light performs best.
Respond in the first hour
Buyers message multiple sellers simultaneously. The first one to respond usually gets the appointment. Turn on Marketplace notifications.

Price $500 below book
Marketplace buyers expect to negotiate. Listing slightly below market value generates 3-4x more messages than listing at or above.

Renew listings weekly
Facebook Marketplace buries older listings. Renewing a listing resets it to the top of search results — do it every 5-7 days.
