Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VinPostr, a Chrome browser extension and related services ("the Service") provided by VinPostr LLC ("VinPostr," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

VinPostr provides a Chrome extension that helps individual car salespeople copy vehicle listing data from dealership websites and post it to Facebook Marketplace. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, the terms of service of Facebook, and the policies of your employer or dealership.

You may not use the Service to post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal vehicle listings. VinPostr is not responsible for the accuracy of vehicle data scraped from dealership websites or the content of any listings you create using the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $84.99 per month, or an annual subscription basis at $799 per year, per individual user. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize VinPostr to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting VinPostr at KBaker@vinpostr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of any billing period.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with other individuals. Each subscription is valid for one individual user. VinPostr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Platforms

VinPostr interacts with third-party platforms including Facebook Marketplace and dealership websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Facebook Marketplace's terms of service, policies, and functionality may change at any time, which may affect the Service. VinPostr does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality if third-party platforms change their technology or policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VinPostr does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VinPostr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall VinPostr's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Suspension and Termination

VinPostr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event VinPostr terminates your account without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for unused subscription time. No refund will be provided for terminations due to Terms violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the Chrome extension, website, and related materials, are owned by VinPostr LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal professional use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.

11. Changes to These Terms

VinPostr may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
