Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of VinPostr, a Chrome browser extension and related services provided by VinPostr LLC. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
VinPostr helps individual car salespeople copy vehicle listing data from dealership websites and post it to Facebook Marketplace. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Facebook's terms of service.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on monthly ($84.99/mo), quarterly ($224.97/quarter), and annual ($779.88/year) subscription plans billed through Stripe.
⚠️ NO REFUND POLICY: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. VinPostr does not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any reason, including cancellation before the end of a billing period or dissatisfaction with the Service.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting KBaker@vinpostr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Account Responsibilities
Each subscription is valid for one individual user. You may not share your account. VinPostr reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be shared or used in violation of these Terms.
5. Third-Party Platforms
VinPostr interacts with Facebook Marketplace and dealership websites. We are not affiliated with these platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality if they change their technology or policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
VinPostr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
